Hisham Blues

Singer, writer and composer, Hisham blues was born in Alexandria, but his career was based in Cairo. Hisham has always had passion for music, meanwhile, in his teenage years he got influenced by Gary Moore then he started to explore his passion for Blues music. In 1997, Hisham joined the Faculty of Music Education in Helwan, later on, he got called ‘Hisham Blues’ after singing with various musicians and received motivational and positive compliments. In 2004, Hisham joined a music competition produced by Melody Hits ‘MP1’. Hisham joined his first band ‘Gilgamesh Band’- an American Jazz music band in 2005.while in 2007, he decided to form his acoustic band ‘The Wood’ which played pop/classic rock music. Hisham’s passion for blues has never stopped so he decided to form his first rock/blues band in 2010 naming it ‘One Night Stand’ which was performing live weekly. In the same year, he formed another blues band named ‘Bad Majo’ which played nothing but blues. Meanwhile in 2011, Hisham recorded his original song ‘Lazy King’ which was produced by Gamal Fahim that led him to join The HomeGrown Talent program at 104.2 NileFM. In 2012, He started singing weekly at Fairmont Heliopolis and he’s currently working on his first original blues song.
